French Art Decor greyhound sculpture / ornament is a patinated régule metal

Unmarked and appears to have been intended as a decorative mount secured to a base of some sort (bookend, trophy, etc)

Base length: 4-5/8"
Base width: 1"
Height: 3-1/4"

Good vintage condition with a small scratch and light pitting of metal shown in last two photos.
